Happening at the 72nd Annual Grand National Roadster Show

Friday, January 28, Saturday, January 29 & Sunday, January 30, 2022

The Grand Daddy Drive-In is the outdoor portion of our show. This 3-day event is for those who want to participate in the GNRS but may not want to leave their vehicle indoors for four days. Come for one day or all three days. The Grand Daddy Drive-In is open to all pre-1973 cars and trucks; no Motorcycles allowed. All vehicles must be driven into the event. Participants will receive an entry for two people into the event (additional passengers will need to secure their own admission), a goodie bag, and without a doubt, the best parking spot on the grounds. In addition, several magazines, including Modern Rodding, All Chevy Performance and Classic Truck Performance, will make Editor’s Pick awards on all three days. Come out and join us to see 800-1000 cars parked throughout the Fairplex grounds. This event is rain or shine.

2022 will have “exclusive” parking areas for classic VW’s and 1932 Fords celebrating their 90th anniversary. ​To participate in the Grand Daddy Drive-In 90th Anniversary of the 32 Ford or the Gathering of Hot VW’s special parking areas use the link above to access the registration form.

Please note that the Drive-In portion of the show is outdoors only. It is not inside the buildings.

Happening at the 71st Annual Sacramento Autorama

Saturday, April 30 & Sunday, May 1, 2022

The Autorama Drive-In is the outdoor portion of our show. This two-day event is for those who want to participate in the Sacramento Autorama but may not want to leave their vehicle indoors for four days. Come for one day or for both Saturday and Sunday. The Autorama Drive-In is open to all pre-1973 cars and trucks, no Motorcycles allowed. All vehicles must be driven into the event. Participants will receive entry for two people into the event (additional passengers will have their own entry fee), a goodie bag and without a doubt the best parking spot on the grounds.

In addition, several magazines, including Modern Rodding, All Chevy Performance and Classic Truck Performance, will make Editor’s Pick awards on  both days. Come out and join us to see 500-800 cars parked throughout the Cal Expo grounds.
